What We Do
We run writing, debate, and reading courses for children across Shanghai. Our goal is simple: give students the skills to think clearly, argue well, and express themselves with confidence.
Our coaches are more than teachers. They are mentors who care about intellectual curiosity, creative expression, and the kind of confidence that stays with a student long after the lesson ends. At ThinkWriteSpeak, we believe that writing and speaking well is not just a skill. It is a craft. And it deserves to be taught by people who treat it that way.
Who We're Looking For
- ✅ A background in education, English, communications, or a related field
- ✅ Native or near-native English speakers
- ✅ Someone who can hold and facilitate discussions and activities in a classroom
- ✅ Comfortable with living and working in China (or genuinely curious about it)
- ✅ Adaptable, curious, and committed to your own growth as a coach
- ✅ No prior China experience required
- ‼️ All applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, have at least two years of relevant work experience, and be able to provide a clean medical and police background check. These are requirements for your China work visa.
