My experience working with ThinkWriteSpeak in Shanghai has been deeply meaningful, not only because of the achievements we celebrate, but because of the personal journeys I have witnessed from so many students. One of the most inspiring parts of teaching and coaching here has been watching students overcome their own fears and limitations. From struggling to speak confidently in front of a room, to standing proudly on stages winning trophies, delivering speeches and believing in themselves in ways they never thought possible.

What inspires me most is that every achievement represents a personal battle that students have fought quietly within themselves: fear of failure, self-doubt, anxiety or the pressure to be perfect. Being able to guide them through that process and watch them grow into confident thinkers and speakers has been incredibly rewarding. Their resilience, curiosity and determination constantly remind me why education matters so much.

At the same time, I have also learned so much from my students. Their creativity, honesty and unique perspectives challenge me to become a better educator, mentor and communicator every day. Every class, every debate and every conversation pushes me to improve myself as well. Working in Shanghai with ThinkWriteSpeak has not only allowed me to help students grow, it has helped me grow alongside them too.
